The conference fee

The conference fee: 75,- € ( covers summary, 1x dinner and social evening, 2x lunch, coffee, 1x breakfast for participants accommodated in the Halls of Residence on campus of the Technical university). A grant covering the conference fee can be allocated for the first 60 active participants from the countries of Middle and Eastern Europe. These participants are supposed to have a paper in one of the workshops or have presentation in Agora or help with translating during workshops. The participants concerned will be informed after registration. All expenses not included in the conference fee as accommodation, travel expenses and board are to be paid extra. Accommodation and board (on request) are to be paid in the spot.
